Na manhã desta quarta-feira (19), a Academia de Ciências e Artes Cinematográficas, que rege o Oscar, maior premiação do cinema, anunciou uma nova leva de apresentadores para a edição deste ano. Willem Dafoe, Goldie Hawn, Ben Stiller, Sterling K. Brown, Joe Alwyn, Lily-Rose Depp, Ana de Armas e Connie Nielsen distribuirão honrarias no dia 2 de março.

Estes nomes se juntam a Halle Berry, Penélope Cruz, Robert Downey Jr., Elle Fanning, Whoopi Goldberg, Scarlett Johansson, John Lithgow, Cillian Murphy, Amy Poehler, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, June Squibb, Emma Stone e Bowen Yang, que foram anunciados anteriormente.
A cerimônia acontecerá em Los Angeles, no teatro Dolby (Dolby Theatre), e terá comando de Conan O’Brien. O filme brasileiro “Ainda Estou Aqui” disputa três categorias: Melhor Filme, Melhor Atriz (Fernanda Torres) e Melhor Filme Estrangeiro.
A transmissão simultânea, a partir das 21h, será exibida na televisão aberta pela TV Globo, na fechada, pela TNT, e no streaming pela Max.
